At Cake o Clock every cake is handcrafted with precision, passion, and freshness. Since all our products are perishable and custom-made, we request you to read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Returns After Delivery
Due to the delicate and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept any returns once an order has been delivered. Each cake is made specifically for you and cannot be restocked, reused, or returned.
2. Cancellation Window
- Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
- Cancellations must be made by calling +91 7042852897 or emailing us at cakeoclocks@gmail.com .
- Any cancellation request made less than 24 hours before delivery will not be eligible for a refund, as production begins well in advance.
3. Refund Processing
If your cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note, processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
4. Cancellation Fees
In certain cases, a partial deduction may be applied based on the preparation stage of your order. The fee (if any) will be discussed transparently during the cancellation process.
5. Full Advance Payment
We collect 100% advance payment for all orders — whether placed online, offline, or via phone. This ensures smooth processing, ingredient sourcing, and timely delivery for your celebration.
