1. Where are your cakes prepared?
All our cakes are freshly handcrafted every day in our dedicated kitchens located in Delhi, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Noida, Greater Noida, and Gurugram. Every order is made to ensure maximum freshness and quality.
2. Are your cakes eggless or vegetarian?
Yes! We are proud to offer a 100% eggless menu. All cakes are suitable for vegetarians and made without the use of eggs — no exceptions.
3. How long do your cakes stay fresh?
Our cakes are best enjoyed on the day of delivery, but if refrigerated properly, they can stay fresh for up to 2–3 days. Store in an airtight box to maintain texture and taste.
4. Are your cakes safe for nut allergies?
While we do offer cakes without nuts, our kitchen handles nuts and nut-based products. Therefore, we do not recommend our cakes for customers with severe nut or peanut allergies.
5. How many servings are there in one cake?
As a general guide:
- 1 kg cake serves approximately 8–10 people
- 2 kg cake can serve around 15–18 people
Serving may vary based on portion size and design.
6. Do you take customized or theme cake orders?
Yes, we do! We specialize in custom-designed cakes for all occasions. Our team has crafted over 300+ unique cakes over the years. Browse our gallery online or simply send us your theme idea — we’ll turn it into cake magic.
7. Can I include a gift message?
Of course! You can include a personalized message (up to 200 characters) with your cake. It will be hand-written on a decorative gift card and attached to your cake box.
8. Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you will receive an SMS and email confirmation within an hour of placing your order. If you don’t receive it, feel free to contact our support team.
9. How can I track my order?

10. Where do you currently deliver?
We offer same-day delivery across Delhi, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Noida, Greater Noida, and Gurugram. Expansion to other NCR areas is underway — stay tuned for updates!
11. Are all your cakes available for delivery?
Yes, all cakes listed on our website are available for home delivery unless specifically mentioned. We ensure safe and temperature-controlled transport.
12. Do you provide same-day delivery?
Yes! We offer same-day delivery for most cakes, including classics and semi-customized options.
However, a few cakes like cheesecakes or premium designer cakes require advance preparation and may only be available for next-day delivery.

13. What time will my cake be delivered?
We offer slot-based delivery across the day. Choose your preferred time slot during checkout:
- 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM

14. Do you take full payment in advance?
Yes, we require 100% advance payment for all orders, both online and offline. This helps us plan and prepare each cake with utmost care and timely delivery.
